Controller

We are seeking an experienced Controller to oversee our accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. This role is responsible for managing month-end close, financial statements, compliance, and internal controls while supporting leadership with financial insights.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily accounting operations and month-end/year-end close

Prepare and review financial statements and reports

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow

Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements

Lead and develop the accounting team

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)

5+ years of progressive accounting experience

Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting

Excellent leadership and communication skills
